The artworks, representing sites in Poland, Hungary, Ukraine, Malaysia, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Latvia, were created by young people. Aged 9 to 15, those artists participated in an international competition launched by the city of Banská Štiavnica in Slovakia. This competition has been organizes every year since the city was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1993.
The silhouette of Luxembourg City – created by students of a primary school in Limperstberg – is also part of this exhibition at the Grund Tunnel. The objective is to raise awareness of World Heritage sites.
“A youthful vision”, also shown in Slovakia and in Hungary in the last few months is realized to celebrate the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018 in Luxembourg,
